Born and raised in California, Stephanie holds many special memories made in the great outdoors. From growing up near the majestic San Bernadino mountains and exploring streams on family hikes, to walks at the San Elijo Lagoon with her dog, Churro.  Her lifelong love for nature drew her to Nature Collective.

Stephanie, reflecting on this passion states, “Nature has always been a source of intrigue and inspiration. It is a true refuge for me”.

Today, Stephanie protects San Diego nature, including native habitats and wetland animals. She expresses, “I have profound respect for and pride in this organization and feel connected to the values, mission, and vision of Nature Collective. I am at a point in my life where I want to be a part of the important work Nature Collective is doing for future generations. It gives me a sense of purpose and connection a sense of being part of something much larger than myself.”
