Campers joined Nature Collective this summer for adventures to explore the wonders of nature through science, art, and the outdoors. Campers investigated animal and plant adaptations, hiked nature trails, observed and encountered native wildlife, created nature-based art, met environmental experts, helped native habitats, and had fun.

Our summer Exploring Nature camp creates a safe and fun environment for campers to learn and explore in nature-based settings. The experience empowers campers to challenge themselves while discovering and activating their skills, abilities, and passions for nature and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) disciplines.
The week-long adventure ignites campers’ appreciation and love for the natural world. It builds comfort, confidence, and a sense of belonging in outdoor spaces while expanding campers’ familiarity and interest in local habitats and wildlife. Conservation and restoration activities also foster environmental stewardship attitudes.

Thank you, Escondido Union School District, for your continued partnership and support; together, we are connecting students to and stretching their everyday understanding of the natural world around them, including their impact and opportunities to improve and care for it.
